What is a CSA?
CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture. A CSA program allows customers to purchase a “share” of the farm’s harvest. CSA shares are sold during the growing season which allows the farmer to use the income to purchase supplies like compost, plants, and seeds. This program creates a symbiotic relationship between the farmer and the customer.
What does a flower share include?
One bouquet of our best flowers per week. Each bouquet includes a mix of seasonal stems for you to arrange.
How do I get my flowers?
We offer pickup from our farm stand and delivery to specific zip codes (23434, 23435, and 23321).
Why?
A CSA Program is our way of bridging the gap between people and agriculture. We want our customers to feel connected to our farm, to feel excitement as they watch the flowers grow and to feel joy when they receive their bouquets.
Our CSA program includes a monthly progress update on the flowers during the growing season, a weekly bouquet of blooms during the harvest season, and information on what flowers were harvested. Our CSA Program is for anyone who loves nature, flowers and community.
